Bhupesh is skilled in analyzing and comprehending new business strategies and implementing long-term plans. He possesses strong business and industry acumen and delivers quantifiable, value-added results through customer-focused strategies, certified best-practice operations, and ethical business practices.

Dr. Chumki Neogi

CEO

Dr. Chumki Neogi is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of work experience. She started her career with Standard Chartered Bank, followed by successful stints in SBI Cards and ICICI Prudential. Dr. Neogi was instrumental in growing the PnL and driving profitability in Athena BPO as their Sr. Vice President – Service Delivery. Prior to joining EGS, she was the COO of EOS Globe (erstwhile Eureka Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.). Dr. Neogi holds a DLitt in Business Management, a PhD in Telemarketing, an MBA in Marketing, and a Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Rohit Jha

Rohit Jha brings in two decades of experience in Technology Leadership particularly in the BFSI sector working with Fortune 500 companies and regulators. In his role, Rohit overseas the technology vision of EGS and nurture a high-performance engineering team, bring best practices in technology architecture and ways of working, and ensure our platforms are modern and agile. Rohit adda a lot of value to our digital transformation journey as an industry-leading digital-led company.

Jivita Ladekar

Jivita Ladekar is a management professional with 24 years of experience in sales strategy. She has previously worked with companies like HDFC Bank, Aegis Limited (Essar Group), Excelity Global (Everstone Group), Altruist Technologies, and Fusion BPO. Jivita’s expertise lies in achieving continuous growth in sales volume, market share year-on-year, and top-line and bottom-line profitability for various sectors including Corporate. She is a Six Sigma (Green Belt) certified professional.

Ankit Shukla

EVP- Service Delivery & Strategy

Ankit’s last assignments were with Eureka Outsourcing Solutions, Live Digital, ICCS, 1 Point 1 Solutions Pvt. Ltd., ISON BPO, Spice and Spanco. He has 14 Plus years of dynamic professional rich experience in Compliance, Business Development, Distribution, Channel Management, Operations Management in Telecom, E-commerce, Backend, BFSI, NBFC, D2H, Travel, DMAT/Trading and other Domain in BPO industry. He has done his graduation in Arts and Other Certifying – FTM, RACE, Yellow belt/Green and COPC Certified and Six Sigma Certified. In his leisure time he likes to travel and cook.

Nupur is an outcome-driven marketer with over 12+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams in marketing, branding, corporate communications, and creative & multimedia to increase brand awareness and demand generation for the company. Yash Tambe, a business management graduate with a specialization in finance from Bayes Business School, brings a fresh and analytical mindset to his role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at EGS. With a passion for learning and a drive to excel in the BPO industry, Yash’s expertise lies in providing valuable insights through data analysis. Prior to joining EGS, he gained valuable experience as an Analyst for Prosapient, working with prestigious clients like McKinsey and Co. Yash’s analytical skills and dedication contribute to his success in overseeing projects and delivering meaningful results.

Pankaj Mishra

Head of Administration

Pankaj has an extensive expertise to improve organizational efficiency, safety, and employee well-being. He has over 22+ years of experience leading a variety of Administrative functions including Facilities Management, Security Operations, Compliance, and Travel Desk. Exceptional ability to develop and implement strategic plans, streamline processes, and ensure smooth operation of multiple management functions. He is expert in Budget Management, Policy Development, Team Leadership, and Regulatory Compliance. He is Commerce Graduate & has completed his MBA in HR & P&O Management from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Meerut.

Sanjit Singh Thethi

He is a passionate people leader having over 20+ years of experience in Human Resources, CLCM (Customer Life Cycle Management). He has been instrumental and extremely focused on adding value to the business through various HR interventions. He has worked in a spectrum of industries like BPO and BFSI throughout his career. He served in Teleperformance (BPO/IT industry), where he served approximately for Three years as National Head – Leadership Hiring and Senior Director Volume Recruitments West covering regions namely – Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat & Rajasthan, with over 10000 + employees. He has been the true change agent, who firmly believes Change is the only constant.

Devanshu Verma

With 17 years of experience, Devanshu Verma is a seasoned HR specialist with a focus on manufacturing, insurance, hospitality, and BPO/ITES. He also has a broad background in operations, strategic HR, talent acquisition, payroll, and compliance management.
